Does Shirataki Yam Noodles Have Tofu In Them?

I know regular Shirataki noodles are made with tofu as the main ingredient. However, what about the ones that are made from yams? Also, does anyone know if the yam noodles come in the different varieties like the tofu noodles? If possible please list a website with this information. Thank you.
