Trying to diet and lose weight. Need some tips?
The best diet is a protein diet . After my 3 child which I 80 pounds . I went on a protein only diet you can google it. Not only did I lose 90 pounds . I have been size 5 for the past 23 yrs. I never gained a pound back. I eat healthy , What you put in you body effects you in later life in so many years most young people "Who , supersize at mickey d's" Have no idea what that really does to your body.In the first week of my protein only diet i lost 10 solid pounds. It's a cheap diet to follow and really works. I got the book at the library , I am in my 40's and people think my 23 son is my brother.Also another tip is never , ever sleep with make up on. I never did and My face has no crow's feet. I learned that at beauty school.I started taking care of my skin and body early in life like 17. And now people can't believe how old I am p.s. I can say 29 people guess 20's all the time but I am in my 40's ......look up protein diets google it works the best and the longest. Hope this helps you. Good Luck , Cindy
