Is it safe to smoke weed out of receipts or bible page?

also how bout smoking out of a gum wrapper? Like I can always take the foil out and I get a nice thin paper. Any ideas? I'm sorta young for getting papers.. give me ideas. Plus I dont have a bong or a pipe. any ideas for easitest ways to smoke weed when u dont have anything? and how can you make the easiest pipe?
