Here's what's in my kitchen, what should i keep and what should I ditch?

I have Almonds, Eggs, Salmon, Spinach, Mixed vegetables,Yams, Oatmeal and Green Beans. Oh, yeah...of course water. This is all the food that I have in my kitchen right now. It's healthy but I want to know which of these would hurt my chances at the 6 pack abs for this summer. I will ditch them as soon as you say it. Let me know what's a bad diet for my abs among what I have in my kitchen currently please. Thanks.
